The Bob Kramer Euro Stainless Steel chef's knife
Each knife in the Euro Stainless series designed by Bob Kramer is unique with a unique Damascus pattern - as individual as the person whose tool it is.
The extremely hard blade core made of SG2 steel is surrounded by 100 layers of two different types of steel of varying hardness. A special treatment changes the surface structure of each layer and gives the blade its individual pattern, which is known as Chevron Damascus.
Wide blades offer plenty of gripping space for the fingers - even with larger hands. The edges of the blade are rounded and polished to prevent injuries. The entire length of the blade is available for cutting the material to be cut.
The linen micarta handle matches the blade perfectly, both aesthetically and functionally. The material is moisture-resistant and very dimensionally stable - this ensures that the handle and the blade can withstand frequent and long use over many years.

At its core, the blade is made of ultra-hard, particularly homogeneous SG2 powder steel, which is treated using special processes. The result is a durable blade with enormous initial sharpness and an edge retention that cannot be achieved with conventional steels.


The care
To ensure the longevity and sharpness of your Zwilling knives, clean them after use with warm water and mild detergent. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and dishwashers. Dry the knives immediately to prevent rust and store them in a dry place.
Use a soft cutting surface to protect the blade. Store knives safely, sharpen them regularly with a whetstone or whetstone, and avoid hard surfaces.
