    The care

    The best way to care for Kai Shun chef's knives is to rinse them under hot water immediately after use. Then dry them carefully with a soft tea towel (cotton). Kai chef's knives are not dishwasher safe, as the salts in the cleaning agents will damage the blades and wooden handles. Knives with natural wooden handles should be greased with a little vegetable oil from time to time.
