The blades are made of 73 layers of Damascus steel and have a core made of PM steel, known for its extreme hardness and durability. This combination of materials ensures unrivalled sharpness and edge retention, which remains even with intensive use. The artistic grain of the Damascus steel gives each knife a distinctive look that is both classic and modern.
The high-quality blade is complemented by olive wood handles, which not only impress with their beautiful grain and warm color, but are also ergonomically shaped. The care
For optimal care of your Xinzuo Damascus knives, clean them by hand with a mild detergent and dry them thoroughly to avoid water residue. Make sure to only use suitable whetstones for resharpening, as sharpening rods are not recommended due to the robust blade material. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods and clean the knives immediately after cutting such foods. Applying a thin layer of cooking oil to the blade protects against rust. Store the knives in a dry place to avoid damage and thus ensure the long-lasting sharpness and aesthetic appeal of your Xinzuo Damascus knives.
