Both knives are characterized by a blade length of 20.3 cm and outstanding performance, with the Gyuto having a typical Japanese blade shape and the chef's knife a classic European blade shape.

    The blades of these knives are made of 67 layers of Damascus steel, which not only looks good thanks to its impressive grain, but also ensures exceptional sharpness and durability. The core layer is made of Japanese AUS-10 stainless steel, a high-performance steel known for its excellent hardness, edge retention and corrosion resistance. This combination of materials guarantees precise cuts and a long lifespan of the cutting edge, even with daily use.

    The **Gyuto** has a slimmer, typically Japanese geometry with a sharper tip and a flatter blade. This shape enables extremely precise and fine cuts, ideal for meat, fish and vegetables. It is particularly suitable for chefs who value speed and precision and prefer traditional Japanese cutting techniques.

    The **chef's knife**, on the other hand, offers a wider and slightly curved blade shape, which is typical of European knives. Avoid prolonged contact with acidic foods and clean the knives immediately after cutting such foods. Applying a thin layer of cooking oil to the blade protects against rust.
